From pudding to pizza. One evening last year, our team baked pizzas for a staff party. It got us thinking. Could this be a regular event? We hosted our first pizza pop-up in our Redbourn Bakery and week-on-week our orders started to rise. It proves that sometimes it's good to stretch out and try something new. Our pizzas are made with our own 72-hour 'slow dough' that bakes beautifully and gives us lovely crispy edges. We also use exceptional produce for our toppings – well worth stopping in for.
