I previously had an account, will my old points get transferred?
Yes. You still need to register for a new account but use the same email address used previously and your points will be waiting for you.
How do I collect Loyalty Points?
Scan your QR code prior to purchase at any location to earn 5% cash back on every pound spent. For example spending £10 earns 50p cash back (or 50 points).
How many points to the pound?
100 points is £1. For example 1250 points would be £12.50 free to spend.
How often can I redeem?
Redeem your points anytime and in any amount.
How can I check my points?
Check for yourself in your 5 Loyalty account or ask a team member to check for you.
Can I collect points from online orders?
Unfortunately not. Our website runs through Shopify and they do not allow a 5 Loyalty integration. Loyalty points can only be collected from our physical locations in St Albans, Harpenden, Redbourn and Penelope.
