Double Chocolate Cookie Dough (Makes 6 Cookies)

From fridge: Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas mark 4. Slice your cookie dough roll into 6 x 60g equal portions. (Our handy measure is a good guide.) Evenly space each slice on a baking tray lined with baking parchment- give each cookie at least 2 inches of breathing space. Bake for 12 minutes.The cookies will still be gooey in the middle, so leave them on the baking tray to cool for 10-15 minutes before eating. If you move them too soon they will fall apart!
From freezer: Our cookies bake perfectly from frozen.
Follow the instructions as above but bake for 15 minutes.
