Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Makes 6 Cookies)

INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate Chips [Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring], Organic Coconut Oil, Sunflower Spread [Water, Palm Oil, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Vegetable Fatty Acids), Vitamin E, Natural Flavouring, Vitamin A, Colour (Natural Carotenes), Vitamin D2, Vitamin 812], Caster Sugar, Dark Brown Sugar, Vanilla, Apple, Organic Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Nicotinamide, Iron, Thiamine], Raising Agents
[Baking Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate], Sea Salt

From fridge: Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas mark 4. Slice your cookie dough roll into 6 x 60g equal portions. (Our handy measure is a good guide.) Evenly space each slice on a baking tray lined with baking parchment- give each cookie at least 2 inches of breathing space. Bake for 12 minutes.The cookies will still be gooey in the middle, so leave them on the baking tray to cool for 10-15 minutes before eating. If you move them too soon they will fall apart!

From freezer: Our cookies bake perfectly from frozen.
Follow the instructions as above but bake for 15 minutes.
